reflection text 1. Open a new image [doesn't matter what size]. Now, write the text like you normally would. Add effects like an outline, shadow, whatever you like. Click here for screenshot.
2. Layer >> Duplicate Layer >> OK
3. Click "V" on your keyboard, or select the Move tool
4. Move it a little below the other text. Click here for screenshot
5. Edit >> Transform >> Rotate
6. If you hover over the image, the arrows will turn into a bent arrow, meaning you can just drag rotate in a circular angle. Click here for a screenshot
7. Set the opacity to 50% or whatever desired
